We welcomed nearly 500 members at BOMA/Chicago's 116th Annual Meeting held at the JW Marriott Chicago on November 29, 2018 where we celebrated our many accomplishments over the past year in the areas of advocacy, networking and professional development.

Keynote Speaker Andrew Warren

We welcomed as our keynote speaker Andrew Warren, Director of Real Estate Research at PwC, who discussed emerging trends in real estate. Andy is responsible for monitoring all aspects of commercial and residential real estate, including space market fundamentals, capital market trends, regulatory changes and operational developments.

For the past five years, Andy has co-authored the Emerging Trends in Real Estatepublication, one of the oldest and most highly regarded forecast reports for the real estate industry. Andy provided insight and analysis on key emerging trends impacting the real estate market in 2019 and beyond.
