BOMA/Chicago Foundation Annual Sponsorship Opportunities for 2022

The BOMA/Chicago Foundation has launched two new sponsorship opportunities for the 2022 calendar year. Both opportunities are *tax-deductible and the benefits span the entire 2022 calendar year. Your sponsorship will allow you to develop relationships with emerging leaders, connect with diverse job candidates, gain exposure among BOMA/Chicago members, volunteer at high school and college career days...and much more!

Workforce Diversity Partner
Annual 12-Month Opportunity for 2022

As the Workforce Diversity Partner, your organization will be positioned as a leader in diversifying the CRE industry. You will team up with the BOMA/Chicago Foundation and our Diversity Committee to focus on educating high school and college students about commercial real estate career paths. You will also be directly involved in enhancing workplace diversity and will gain early access to intern and job candidates.

Benefits include:

Access to a Diverse Talent Pool

  • Early access to job and internship resumes from diverse and first-generation college students
  • Be introduced to career services leaders at local colleges and access to a list of the Diversity Committee’s community partners (high schools, colleges and DEI organizations)
  • Circulate career opportunities available at your company with the help of BOMA/Chicago staff
  • Volunteer as a mentor for those seeking mentorship opportunities and host students/professionals for one-on-one discussions about career opportunities

Position Your Company as a DEI Thought Leader

  • Automatically become a Diversity Ambassador and invited to volunteer at the Diversity Committee’s CRE career days at local high schools and colleges
  • Give brief opening remarks at education programs created by the Diversity Committee
  • Recognition at Diversity Celebration and two tickets to Celebration along with sponsor ribbons; photo of company representatives with Diversity Committee leaders at the Celebration
  • Verbal recognition at all Foundation meetings, including Board of Director and Committee meetings

Active Promotion and Visibility

  • Photo ops for internship program, ambassador events and Diversity Committee receptions

  • Create a brief video, article and/or testimonial on your company’s DEI practices that will be posted on social media and in the Foundation newsletter

Scholarship Partner
Annual 12-Month Opportunity for 2022

As the Scholarship Partner, your company will support life-long learning as you team up with the BOMA/Chicago Foundation on our Full Designation, Reginald L. Ollie and Single Course Scholarships. You will meet and develop relationships with our Scholarship Committee and our previous, current and future recipients. Your partnership will connect you with a diverse group of leaders who will one day be Chicagoland’s CRE decision makers. Start building those relationships now through this Scholarship Partnership.

Benefits include:

Building Relationships with Emerging Leaders

  • Invite scholarship recipients to your company events, outings, building tours, CRE functions, job shadow days, etc.
  • Host a scholarship recipient breakfast or lunch; previous and current scholars along with the Scholarship Committee will be invited to attend; photos taken will be posted on social media
  • Volunteer as a mentor for scholars seeking mentorship opportunities

Position Your Company as a DEI Advocate & Champion of Lifelong Learning
