Panel Overview

As property taxes continue to rise and become more unpredictable, it’s imperative for property management teams, owners, and tenants to understand how Cook County’s unique property tax system works and be aware of the impact of recently implemented policies and trends on commercial properties.

Join BOMA/Chicago at our February 11 breakfast panel discussion featuring two of Chicago’s leading commercial property tax attorneys, Elizabeth Gracie and Patrick McNerney, along with Kent Swanson, Executive Vice President with Riverside Investment and Development Company. Our expert panelists will review and discuss the latest policies from the Assessor's office, recent trends with appeals, and property tax best practices for commercial properties.

Steve Sise, Senior Vice President at Golub and BOMA/Chicago Board Member, will moderate.

This panel event will be held on February 11, 2020 from 8 to 10 a.m. at 111 South Wacker (29th Floor). Tickets are $50 each and include breakfast. Building Members are encouraged to invite their tenants.
