At this seminar, Nasser Dollah will discuss continuous building commissioning and building re-tuning. Continuous building commissioning and re-tuning are part of the ongoing process to resolve operating issues, improve comfort, optimize energy use and identify areas of improvement/retrofits.
By attending this seminar, participants will learn how to:
- Identify potential no cost/low cost savings opportunities of building operation
- Identify low cost repairs such as leaking ducts, valves or installing actuators
- Increase equipment life expectancy
Nasser Dollah, Engineering Manager & Instructor with the Local 399/Triton College, Facilities Engineering Technology Program
Nasser Dollah is an Engineering Manager with Able Services. He has been an instructor for over 25 years with Local 399/Triton College, Facilities Engineering Technology program, were he instructs classes in Building Automation Systems, Air Testing & Balancing, OSHA 10 hour classes & EPA CFC Certification. He also serves on the BOMA/Chicago Education Committee and is a LEED AP, authorized.
