Panel Overview

How can you instill a corporate culture that embraces and thrives on diversity? How does diversity contribute to your bottom line? These are some of the questions we will tackle at our May 15 diversity panel - The Business of Diversity: A Case for Action.

The purpose of this special event is to highlight the importance of a diverse CRE workforce and the successes, opportunities and challenges that CRE companies face when it comes to diversity and inclusion. During the panel, we will discuss why diversity, inclusion and equity are vital to the personnel and financial strength of organizations. Our panelists will also discuss how to incorporate diversity, inclusion and equity into the talent supply chain (sourcing and recruiting, onboarding, development, retention and advancement). We sincerely thank our Panel Sponsor, CBRE!
