Janitorial Contract

Every three years, BOMA/Chicago negotiates directly with the Service Employees International Union (SEIU), Local 1, as the collective bargaining agent for our members that choose to join our bargaining unit. The current labor agreements covering janitorial professionals represented by Local 1 is in effect from April 5, 2021 through April 7, 2024.

Signed contracts for the agreement, a summary of changes in the agreement, and the signatory form necessary to become a member of the bargaining unit are available for BOMA/Chicago members in the Resources section below.
