BOMA/Chicago’s legislative team has been busy with over 79 energy and utility related bills filed in the 102nd Illinois General Assembly.  Over the next several weeks, numerous committee hearings will likely be held on specific bills as well as “subject matter hearings.”  The expectation is that the major concepts will culminate in substantial and negotiated energy legislation with an attempt to pass something this legislative session.
