Participate in the 2012 Experience Exchange Report (EER)
From BOMA International
The Deadline Now Extended to April 6. BOMA/Chicago Members Are Encouraged to Complete the Survey
Completing the Experience Exchange Report (EER) survey is an opportunity for Chicago property managers to benefit their owner, tenants and the entire commercial real estate industry. Sharing building data helps build the industry’s most important resource for market–level income and operating expense information.
Just as individuals work together to achieve team goals, data from individual buildings is brought together in the Experience Exchange Report® (EER), the most comprehensive resource for evaluating a building’s financial performance relative to its market peers.
All data is kept in strictest confidence and only market–level information is published.
