According to Environmental Building News, “While exact estimates vary, experts at Jones Lang LaSalle told EBN that in the properties they manage, an average of 50%–60% of energy use is directly related to how commercial building tenants use their space.” This seminar will address opportunities to effectively educate tenants on the impact their actions have on the overall sustainability and energy efficiency of the building and how to promote green buildings to tenants and the public through a variety of technology and media.
Speakers: Kevin Lemanski, Energy Solutions Consultant and Drew DePriest, Energy Solutions Engineer
Kevin and Drew have a combined 16 years in the energy and building efficiency industry and have delivered similar presentations on a national level. Drew DePriest is a LEED accredited professional and CEM. Kevin also holds the CEM designation.
